Mumbai: The Wadia Group-run budget carrier GoAir on Thursday said it has hired former Airbus and Rolls Royce executive Miranda Mills as the chief operating officer (COO) of the airline. Mills worked with Rolls Royce before joining GoAir, as chief digital officer, and director (transformation), of the civil aviation vertical of the company. GoAir currently operates 270 daily flights connecting 24 domestic and four international destinations. Separately, GoAir said in a statement that it will add flights between Delhi and Bangkok, Kannur and Dubai, Mumbai and Bangkok, and Kannur and Kuwait in the coming days. “Today, GoAir took delivery of its 51st aircraft, and going forward the airline will be adding at least one aircraft every month," it added.
