Bank of Montreal and PC Financial told customers on Twitter that they were experiencing technical issues and apologized for the inconvenience. BMO and RBC later told customers their sites are back up and running. Cloud services provider Akamai Technologies was reporting a disruption and later said it had implemented a fix.
