Ksenia Kiryakova, four, was playing outside at her nursery school in Zlatoust, Russia, when her coat got caught on a metal bar. At this point, a female teacher finally sees the girl in trouble and runs to rescue her. After being out cold for up to seven minutes, the girl was finally resuscitated by school staff in a corridor as an ambulance arrived. However the city’s state prosecutor Yevgeny Shumikhin said legal action is being considered against Kirzhakova and the teacher for child neglect.
