She claimed the homeless man had initially been prodded with a mop, jolting him from sleep, before being soaked with the water. She added: "The Southern worker came out with a mop and poured the water on him. The woman believes the homeless man "couldn't comprehend" what was happening to him, as he lay drenched outside the station. Her video has been shared on social media, where other viewers have slammed the workers' behaviour towards the homeless man. "We would like to apologise to the homeless man and we are trying to make contact with him to offer help and support."
