GILFORD — Halloween is coming to the Gilford Public Library and they are celebrating with a Halloween party for kids on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Kids up to 6 years old with a caregiver are invited to dress in their costumes to hear a special story, parade through the library, trick or treat, and play some Halloween games. The library staff will dress up as well, so kids can look forward to a variety of sights. This program is free and open to the public.
