With only one other fuel outlet in Geraldine, there was a gap, he believed, especially at the height of the busy summer holiday season. NPD own the site and buildings including the Refresh cafe attached to the fuel station while Wynn and Moore lease the site from NPD while buying the fuel from the company and on-selling.
