A woman died under mysterious circumstances in Gatineau, Que., Wednesday night. Gatineau police said they're working closely with the coroner and are conducting interviews to determine what happened. The woman's cause of death has not yet been determined, but police said Thursday morning that the woman could have been the victim of food or alcohol poisoning. Paramedics were called to a home on Notre-Dame Street, near Campeau and Doré streets, for medical assistance shortly before 9 p.m.Gatineau police say the woman died and that a man was taken to hospital for treatment.
