Cyclists were caught breaking red lights, cycling on footpaths and other dangerous behaviours. “We have reports of cyclists on footpaths, breaking red traffic lights, and of vehicles parking or obstruction cycle paths,” Insp O’Sullivan said. The operation was carried out yesterday between 12pm and 2pm and then again in the afternoon, from 3pm to 5pm.
