THE jury in the trial of a garda murder accused have been asked not to return to court for a month because of the coronavirus outbreak. Aaron Brady (28) denies the murder of detective garda Adrian Donohoe (41), who was then a member of An Garda Siochana acting in the course of his duty, at Lordship credit union in Bellurgan, Co Louth, on January 25, 2013. This morning Justice Michael White directed that the media report that the court is continuing with the trial in the absence of the jury.
