Gardaí were preparing to pull over a car driven by a 14-year-old boy moments before a devastating crash claimed the teenager’s life. The patrol van followed the car for a few hundred metres before gardaí turned on the flashing blue lights and a siren. The car that Thomas Healy was driving being removed from the scene yesterday.
