A 28-year-old gang member, well known for dramatically escaping police, is being sought again. Police are appealing for help in locating Cody Keenan, who has a warrant to arrest, Waikato Police said through a Facebook post. Keenan is about 170cm, of a slim build and has the words "Mighty Mongrel Mob" tattooed on his face.
