BENGALURU: Ramesh Vaishnav, 38, a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) member going to a routine assembly (shakha meeting) was allegedly attacked by a gang of men in the Majestic area early on Saturday. RSS members, however, suspect the attackers could have been from the group of guys who had had an argument with Ramesh on Friday. "There were a gang of 20 men," Amit claimed.However, no official confirmation about the identities of the attackers was immediately available. "The Cottonpet police, where the complaint has been lodged, were yet to identify the attackers, although Amit said that they (RSS members) have identified a few people and informed the police.
