Gallant Micro Machining Co (均華), Gallant Precision’s 58 percent-held subsidiary, specializes in supplying chip sorters and die bonders for advanced packaging technologies such as CoWoS, it said. Semiconductor equipment made up about half of Gallant Precision’s revenue in the third quarter of last year. The company redirected its resources to semiconductor equipment manufacturing from flat-panel equipment in 2023.
