The GAA has confirmed that the 2020 All-Ireland inter-county championships will go ahead, after an online Ard Chomhairle earlier today. The decision was made following "positive interaction" with the Government and an understanding that specific financial supports will be made available. It is expected that the collective cost of staging the inter county championships will be close to 20m euro.
