Relegated Fulham are picking up form at the wrong time and on Saturday they picked up their first victory on the road in this 2018-19 season, beating Bournemouth 1-0. The win gave Fulham their first back to back Premier League victories since April 2014, having beaten Everton 2-0 last weekend. Still, Fulham remain 19th in the league, while Bournemouth are now 13th-placed. Fulham showed great resilience to stay in the game before threatening with Denis Odoi’s header forcing a super save from goalkeeper Artur Boruc. Fulham will be looking to drag Cardiff down to the Championship with them at the Craven Cottage next weekend, while Bournemouth travel to Southampton.
