For the backward regions such as the North East and North West, youth unemployment is nearer the 70 percent mark. The last 5 years have been disastrous for economic growth. The factors accounting for accelerated economic growth are now well-known. Successful growth countries also implement effective strategies for rapid structural diversification and continuing structural transformation. I am a believer in the Great Nigeria Project.
