REVEL, France (AP) " French rider Brice Feillu has attacked from the start as the Tour de France peloton left the Pyrenees after its first rest day. The course starts with a 24-kilometer climb to the Port d'Envalira, the highest climb of this year's Tour at 2,408 meters. Defending champion Chris Froome has the yellow jersey with a 16-second lead over Adam Yates, with Irish rider Dan Martin in third place, 19 seconds behind. Stage 10 takes the 193 riders left in the race from Escaldes-Engordany in Andorra on a 197-kilometer trek to Revel in the south of France. The remainder of the stage is mainly flat but features a small climb a few kilometers before the finish line, which could favor late attacks.
