Thomasina Miers was her name and she was the winner of what was the first series of a revamped TV programme, originally shown in the 90s. She has also since opened an American-Mexican diner concept (there are two restaurants in London) called DF Mexico. The eateries are renowned for their vibrant decor and relaxed menus based around the street food of Mexico.
