Penangites can now enjoy fresh groceries at their doorstep for a delivery charge of RM3. Its Penang branch manager Muhammad Izhan Abd Wahab said the main goal was to make sure the local market concept did not fizzle out. “Now, we can only deliver to customers in Bayan Baru, Jelutong, Gelugor and some parts of George Town. “Prior to that we also check the purchases twice to make sure they are fresh before they are packaged,” he said. Muhammad Izhan said PasarTap was in the process of developing a system for its customers to track their order as well.
