The housing crisis is made to look complicated. Rich-lister Stephen Jennings' warning that "we are facing an iceberg" deserves to shatter business complacency on housing. "I do think we have a chance to get in front of some of these issues," said Jennings. No one from National's front bench was present to hear him prick the Key Government's self-satisfaction. But like many of us, some have preferred to put that to one side while they revel in their new-found housing wealth.
