Four people have died in a grisly road accident along the Nairobi- Mombasa Highway at Mlolongo, Machakos County. Mlolongo assistant county commissioner Dennis Ongaga said the four died on the spot after a Nissan matatu they were travelling in rammed into a stationary trailer opposite Total petrol station on Wednesday morning. The matatu registration number KCN 289 P belonging to MAPRA Sacco was headed to Nairobi during the incident. "It's reported that about 4:53 am at Mombasa Road opposite Total Petrol station a Nissan has crushed from behind a stationery Trailer. The police boss said he was waiting to establish the number of those seriously injured in the crash.
