Four people have been injured after a car left the road near Lake Ianthe on the West Coast this evening. A police spokeswoman said they were called to the scene at around 7.30pm. A spokeswoman from St John said they were transporting the four patients to Greymouth Hospital with moderate injuries. The car was carrying 5 people when it left the Harihari Highway (SH6) near the Ianthe camping area. The road has remained open.
