The accused were indicted on two charges, which include murder, genocide, rape, kidnapping, unlawful detention, torture, the disappearance of dead bodies, looting and arson. The accused are Akmal Ali Talukdar, 73, Abdur Nur Talukdar alias Lal Miah, 62, Anis Miah, 76, and Abdul Mossabir Miah, all from Moulvibazar's Rajanagar Upazila. Of the accused, Akmal Ali is currently in prison.
