Northern Fire Communications shift manager Paul Radden said fire crews from Hamilton and heavy rescue trucks from Chartwell and Hamilton Airport went to the crash. BreakingFour people have died in a serious crash near Hamilton International Airport. Diversions are in place from the intersection of SH3 and 21, commonly known as Airport Road, to Raynes Road. A Toyota Van and a Nissan Skyline car collided on Ohaupo Rd outside the airport about 10pm. St John spokesman Robbie Walker said St John was called to the crash at the intersection of Ohaupo Rd and Penniket Rd just before 10pm.
