Four people have been detained following vile abuse against England players on Monday night (Picture: AP; Rex; PA)At least four Bulgarian football fans have been arrested over the racist abuse of England players during Monday’s Euro 2020 qualifier. Police tracked down supporters accused of targeting black England players during the match in Sofia. During the game at the Vasil Levski National Stadium, some Bulgarian fans wearing masks held up ‘No Respect’ T-shirts and made Nazi salutes. There were also jeers and chants directed at England players, including Tyrone Mings and Raheem Sterling. Meanwhile, the English FA and UEFA have condemned the actions of the ‘ultras’ section of Bulgaria fans.
