Four arrested after shots fired in suburban NapierCHRISTEL YARDLEY/STUFF Four males were arrested after shots were heard in the Napier suburb of Tamatea. Four males have been charged in relation to gunshots fired in Napier. A police spokeswoman said residents in the suburb of Tamatea called police at 9pm on Tuesday after hearing gunshots. The four have been charged with possessing offensive weapon and unlawfully carrying or possessing a firearm or ammunition. They appeared in Hastings District Court on a number of charges and will appear again later this month.
