Slough’s very own celebrity will return home for a special soul performance at the Curve Venue next month. Internationally recognised singer and songwriter, Nate Simpson is presenting his latest show, a Journey Through R&B Soul and Motown. Nate was born in Slough and was a keen singer growing up, with many musical influences including Stevie Wonder, Prince, Amy Winehouse and Aretha Franklin. A Journey Through R&B Soul and Motown takes place at the Curve Venue on Friday, March 8 at 7.30pm. This event is programmed by Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, as part of the new partnership between Norden Farm and Slough Borough Council to develop the venue at The Curve as a key cultural community hub for Slough.
