NEW YORK—Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort appears to have reached a bail agreement, possibly lifting the house arrest he’s been under for the past month, according to court papers filed Thursday. His daughter Andrea agreed to serve as surety regarding the $3.7 million New York property she partly owns. Prosecutors sought $10 million to secure Manafort’s appearance at trial and $5 million for Gates. The pair were placed under house arrest and forced to wear GPS monitoring devices while attorneys worked out arrangements. It is unclear if Gates’ lawyers are nearing a deal with prosecutors as well.
