Cape Breton Regional Police have arrested a 45-year-old woman in connection to a suspicious death at a home in River Ryan, a small community outside New Waterford, N.S. Police say a 47-year-old man from Sydney was found unresponsive inside a residence early Tuesday, after what they believe was a dispute between two people known to each other. Kerry Ann Moules, also from Sydney, is facing a charge of second-degree murder and is being held in the Cape Breton Correctional Centre. Police say the victim's identity will not be released pending an autopsy and family notification.
