A 1930s South Auckland house that was a once a meth-lab sold for $880,000 at auction. The house, on Station Rd, Papatoetoe, was auctioned on December 15, and sold for well over its CV of $835,000. The salespeople said openly marketing the property as a former P lab garnered a lot of interest. The property sat on a 1067 square metre section.
