A recall notice has been issued for Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. A popular hot sauce has been recalled over concerns about "bloated" bottles. Food Standards Australia New Zealand has issued a recall warning for Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 17oz and 28oz. According to the recall notice, lactic acid has caused "certain bottles to 'bloat' and continue to ferment".
