For the third year running, top pupil is from Kakamega


Ms Kakuya of St Anne Junior School Lubao in Kakamega beat her peers, scoring 455 marks of a possible 500. Kakamega Primary School’s Tresy Sakwa scored 433 marks while Victor Omollo scored 425 and Elvis Khasiani 420. At little-known Jilka Junior Academy in Kakamega North, Electine Barasa led the pack with 430 marks followed by Synider Bulimo with 416. ALSO READ: Private schools shine in RiftMululu’s Troon Amiani scored 441 marks to top the county. In Busia County, private schools outshone public ones.
