Two camps - one led by Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and another by Mwingi Central MP Joe Mutambu - want to take credit for the tour. Uhuru will visit Machakos, Kitui and Makueni counties. Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana on Thursday said leaders have been fighting to take credit for the President’s visit instead of focussing on development.
