"The petitioner points out the traffic blocks at Vyttila and Kundanoor Junctions. Kochi: A petition has been filed before the high court alleging that nothing was done by the state government for constructing flyovers at Vyttila and Kundanoor after laying foundation stones in February this year. The project estimate for Vyttila flyover was Rs 109 crore and that of Kundanoor flyover was Rs 80 crore. Kochi corporation councillor Thampi Subramanian has filed a petition, seeking a directive to the government to construct the flyovers as early as possible. Even though the foundation stone was laid on February 2016, nothing has been done by the state government till date.
