The Azad Maidan police on Wednesday arrested Dipan Shah (47), director of Relcon Infraprojects Ltd, on the suspicion of his alleged involvement in the BMC road scam. Relcon Infraprojects was assigned the construction of five roads — Purushottam Kheraj Marg, Madanmohan Malviya Road, road between bldg no.236 to bldg no. All the BMC assigned construction works were approved and sanctioned by the managing director of Relcon Infraproject and brother of Dipan, Tejas Shah. 239 in Kannamwar Nagar, road between bldg no.
