As a mother who had lost a child, Emma Eagle wanted to show the family of Leo Lipp-Neighbours she was thinking of them. The Nelson woman said hearing about the events of the last week brought feelings of grief back for her and she wanted to pay respect to his family. The invite was open to anyone who wanted to pay their respects to the family.
