Flooding expected as Halifax to get soaked under rainfall warning
HALIFAX—Welcome to winter in Halifax, where a mid-week snowfall warning is followed by a rainfall warning just in time for the weekend. Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the region with as much as 40 millimetres possible tonight and into Saturday morning.
