A rescue operation got underway around 6:30 this evening when the car they were in was stranded in waist-deep waters on Wayby Valley Road. Four people have been rescued after the car they were in filled with rising flood water. Another person was rescued from flood waters on the exact same road. The Fire Service confirmed a second rescue was underway shortly after 8pm on Wayby Valley Road. The car was stuck in waters on a road that was located near a stream.
