Flights canceled as Clark airport remains closedBy The Manila TimesSEVERAL flights to and from Clark International Airport (CIA) have been cancelled as the airport remained closed due to earthquake damage. For its April 23 flight advisory, Philippine Airlines (PAL) grounded one international and 47 domestic flights to and from Clark. “We urge passengers with flights to/from Clark to check the status of their flights by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com and clicking the flight status button as early as 48 hours to their estimated time departure,” said PAL in a statement.It added that “PAL ticket office at the damaged Clark airport terminal remains closed. Five international and eight domestic flights in its April 24 flight schedule to and from Clark were also cancelled. “We are cooperating with the Clark International Airport authorities and are ready to extend any help they may need,” the CEB said in a statement.
