One of the men found guilty of the murder of James Fleet has failed in a bid to appeal his conviction. Zen Pulemoana was found guilty of the murder of Fleet, and guilty of the manslaughter of Raymond Fleet, after a lengthy trial at the High Court in Rotorua on November 2 last year. NZ POLICE Raymond Fleet and his nephew James Fleet were killed in the wake of a botched methamphetamine cook on August 7, 2017. "Furthermore, a blood stain taken from the back of the driver's seat was found to contain DNA attributed to Mr Pulemoana.
