A rescue operation got underway around 6:30 this evening when the car they were in was stranded in waist-deep waters on Wayby Valley Road. Four people have been rescued after the car they were in filled with rising flood water. The Fire Service confirmed a second rescue was underway shortly after 8pm on Wayby Valley Road. The car was stuck in waters on a road that was located near a stream. Another person was rescued from flood waters on the exact same road.
