Mita MukherjeeNew Town: St Xavier's University will launch a string of new courses in its second year after getting students for all 400 seats in its inaugural year. The university run by the Jesuits will introduce five new courses in the academic session starting July. The courses are BA honours in economics, English and mass communication, MA in economics, and MBA, Father Felix Raj, vice-chancellor of St Xavier's University, said. The new St Xavier's University B-school modelled on XLRI Jamshedpur that will run the MBA course from this year will have 120 seats, the vice-chancellor said. The tests will be held on the New Town campus and at St Xavier's College on Park Street.
