more-inFive labourers were severely injured when a wall collapsed in an under-construction residential building in Outer Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area on Saturday morning. The police have arrested the house owner and contractor in connection with the case. The injured labourers have been identified as Kundan (23), Shamu (22), Narender (25), Vinod (32), and Ashok Kumar (27), all residents of Bihar. Tiwari said that the wall between two houses at Ekta Apartments collapsed when the labourers were repairing the roof. “The labourers were placing shuttering to support the roof of Flat number 41C when the wall joining the said flat and another, 55C, collapsed.
