As I’m close to 40, I plan to stay fit (improving the health of my heart and energy), and have a toned and lean body. For the past one year, I’ve signed up with Pinnacle Fitness for personal training. What’s good about personal training here, in comparison other gyms, is that they tailor my workout to my personal needs, goals, age, fitness level and medical condition. By ensuring that I stretch properly after a workout, drinking plenty of coconut water and getting between seven to eight hours of sleep. Now that I only do personal training, I can only listen to my trainer!
