The first load of ouvea premix has been removed from the paper mill building at Mataura. A truck and trailer unit loaded with 52 bags of ouvea premix left the Mataura paper mill building last Thursday, bound for Tiwai Point. Rachael Kelly Mataura Dross Action Group spokeswoman Laurel Turnbull says the removal of the first truck load of ouvea premix from Mataura is ''great news.'' Environment Southland will contribute $250,000, with the remaining $400,000 apportioned on a per capita basis between Invercargill City Council, Southland District Council and Gore District Council.
