A cyclist has died after being struck by a car in Napier. Emergency services responded after the cyclist was struck on Marine Parade, Napier just after 11am on Tuesday. The northbound side of Marine Parade is closed at the intersection with Ellison Street and northbound traffic is being diverted down Ellison Street.
