A fire of unknown origin struck an eight-story commercial and residential building along Soler St. in Binondo, Manila on Friday morning, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said. BFP Fire Officer Darwin Dizon said the fire started at 5:49 a.m. and was quickly raised to the third alarm 10 minutes later.
