GILMANTON — The Gilmanton Fire Department is hosting a Boating Education course at the Iron Works Fire Station in Gilmanton Iron Works on Thursday, Feb. 23, and Monday, Feb. 27, from 6 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. While this is a fire department program, it is also being offered to the public. The course is $40 and participants must register with Nancy at NH Department of Safety, Marine Patrol Unit by calling 227-2124.
