This evening's mild weather has proven attractive for many having New Year's Eve dinner outside in the Octagon. A fine evening will see Dunedin treated to live music and food stalls, along with a fireworks display. At midnight the Robert Burns cannon will go off, the clock will chime and a fireworks display will go off.
