The Vegan Society NZ's list of vegan beers and wines is a good place to start if you want to make sure your tipple is Veganuary-friendly. Dieticians recommend replacing animal products with a variety of plant foods including legumes, wholegrains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
